WILL YOU USE MY ELECTRICITY?
No, we use industrial cleaning equipment which runs off an engine. Our other equipment runs off battery.
DO YOU NEED TO USE MY WATER?
Ideally yes, for large areas it is essential.
We do have a trailer system which carries over 1100 litres this is enough to start and finish small jobs but we would need to keep levels topped up for larger areas.
WHAT'S YOUR GUARANTEE?
We want you to be amazed with the area that we clean for you so we guarantee to do the best possible job that we can.
We want you to be happy with the finished result and also with us as a business.
Due to factors like the time of year and footfall of the area we cannot guarantee how long the newly cleaned area will stay sparkly clean for. As with everything, general maintenance is required from time to time. We can help you with this with our interim cleaning service. The aim is to basically wash away the dirt before it gets ground in again and requires our full cleaning service.
I HAVE STONE SILLS THAT CAN'T BE REACHED WITH A LADDER. DO I NEED EXPENSIVE SCAFFOLDING?
We have the equipment to reach the hardest to reach areas with no need for expensive lifts or scaffolding! Whether its over a conservatory roof or at the top of a 3 story apex, it's not a problem!
I DON'T HAVE AN OUTSIDE TAP. DOES THIS MATTER?
We have many connections and hoses carried on the van. We therefore are able to attach hoses to kitchen taps or bathrooms and proceed to clean as normal.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME?
No, as long as we have access to water and to the area to be cleaned we can get started.
Also, please make sure all pets are kept safely indoors or in their kennel etc.
I HAVE A BLOCK DRIVEWAY. IS THIS A PROBLEM?
Not at all!
We can clean any kind of driveway from resin bonded, crazy pave, concrete, tarmac and of course block paving.
Block paving needs to be re-sanded after cleaning, this is to ensure the blocks do not move around and become loose. We can do this for you too!
JM JETS provides a re-sanding and sealing service so please don't hesitate to ask.
We will also make you aware of this when quoting.
I HAVE A MOULDY BLACK CORNER TO MY HOME. IS THIS JOB TOO SMALL FOR YOU?
Of course not! No job is ever too small or too big!
Whether it's a few mouldy black stone sills or a small corner of the home, please don't be afraid to ask.

WE ARE ON A WATER METER. HOW MUCH WILL THE WATER COST?
Currently Welsh water charge ￡1.3856 per m3 (cubic metre = 1000 litres)

The pressure cleaner uses approximately 0.9 cubic metres per hour, so for every full hour the cost will be circa £1.20.
